Prevention
These workshops inspire and train a group of young people to hold various leadership positions in SAPTAs extended network of volunteers who create awareness about the health and social hazards associated with teenage substance abuse. Learn more
Treatment
Our outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs offer more support and guidance than occasional or once a week rehab counseling. Typically, treatment for alcoholism or drug addiction consists of multiple day or evening sessions throughout the week; including access to 12 step programs and community support groups.Learn more
Recovery
SAPTA advocates for the promotion of the Recovery Management Movement (RM). The RM model wraps traditional interventions in a continuum of recovery support services. Learn More
Advocacy/Research
SAPTA advocates for affordable access. In Kenya affordable access to quality addiction treatment is not possible to most poor and working class affected Kenyans. Learn More
Training
Training provides for the professionalism of the substance abuse field and offers knowledge to those who normally do not receive education regarding the impact of Alcohol and other drugs. Learn More

May Intake

Diploma in Addiction Counseling (Once a week)
TOT/ TOF in Addiction Counseling & Prevention(Once a week)
